How travelling works on SwapSpace
SwapSpace is a members-only home exchange community where verified homeowners and renters swap homes to travel affordably and authentically.
SwapSpace is members-only. Complete a short application so we can verify your home and confirm your place in the community. The application takes around 2 minutes and asks about your home, your travel style, and when you are available to host.
Once accepted, create your listing. Add photos, a description of your space, and your available dates. A complete listing earns more swap requests and unlocks your welcome SwapCredits.
Search member listings by destination, dates, and home type. Every listing belongs to a verified member. Send a swap request for a mutual exchange, or use your SwapCredits to book a flexible stay at any available home.

No. Renters are welcome on SwapSpace, provided they have permission from their landlord to host guests. If you have a home worth sharing, you have everything you need to start swapping.
